Bonnie Ma is passionate and optimistic about the real estate market in Greater Vancouver. She has had the privilege to learn about this field from the ground up beginning with her marketing project with Delta – Pacific Properties Corporation, which is a South Delta-based partnership real estate corporation since 1994. She has also worked for two well-known local developers, Polygon Homes Ltd. and ONNI Group of Companies, provided support to the sales and marketing team and coordinated the set up of the sales center and display suites, and overseen the daily operation of the sales center such as helping out with the presale event of the development project, home purchase procedure and Sale and Purchase Contract with clients, answering inquiries regarding the local real estate market and home purchase, and liaising with potential clients, lawyers, and realtors. Bonnie has been living in Richmond for 17 years. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She is enthusiastic, diligent, and reliable. Her goal is to provide an excellent service to meet homebuyers’/ homesellers’ goals regarding their best interest. |
